1) we neglect our studies for 3 days (what studies?)

2) we eat a lot

3) we get fat (or fatter in some cases)

4) we exercise to lose weight (or in an attempt to lose weight)

5) we fail (or maybe it's just me)

well with that in mind, i set my second set of new year's resolutions.  my first set was during the New Year, or (bearing in mind that this is the Chinese New Year) we could just call it the ENGLISH New Year if you want to.  my new and improved resolution for the Chinese New Year would include:

1) try to lose weight this year

2) try to do 6 pull ups this year

3) try to postpone my NS enlistment

4) try not to die.

note (or rather, NB) that all the four include the word 'try'.  bad way to set resolutions cause 'try' often means 'i can't do it but i'll just say it for the fun of it to make myself feel better'.

ah well, at least if all else fails, i'll do my best to fulfill the fourth resolution.

my life depends on it.

i've been talking about this certain musical that i'm involved in called "UNDER PRESSURE".  yeah it's like some lame attempt at making a High School Musical (Singapore Edition) thing.  it's this CIP that i'm involved in together with some students from my school.  i know about 6 of them and the rest i have no idea what their names are.  but that's besides the point.

practices are going well (yeah right) and we should be ready in time (utter bullshit) so i strongly encourage all of you guys out there to watch it (NO PLEASE DON'T; yet).  tickets are like affordable.  6 bucks i think.  and the dates are... hmmm.  i have no idea.  but yes, it's going to be, ummm, special.  so even if you don't wanna go to watch the play, go to listen to me play drums!

yeah i'll post more details when i bother to find out more and when i actually feel we're ready to perform.

so yeah expect the details to be up latest by 2014.
