history H3 briefing was interesting today.

Me: "What does 'NB' stand for?" (NB was on the ppt slide)
Dexter: "Dunno"
Me: "Narbey?"
Dexter: "LOL!"

apparently it stood for "note", but i think my interpretation was better.  in what way does 'NB' stand for "note"?
