you have no idea how proud i am of myself.
i finally got more than 100 for bowling. not just 100, i got 130 today!
doesn't make me feel any better but at that moment, the adrenaline rush was enough to allow me to momentarily break away from all distractions and sadness that i have.
just need to continue to focus on what is important and not let unimportant issues take control of my life
