i found a new funny teacher! chem lecturer!

now of course you understand that when i say "funny", it doesn't mean that he makes good jokes. i actually mean he's good to laugh at.

there's a distinct difference.

well i realised that my knee gives me a lot of problems. as in when i bowl, i always have this pain in my left knee, the one that supports my weight when i release the ball. most of the time i just do my best to ignore it but yesterday, i just decided to ignore the pain as usual. but it was searing. just decided to go for one last shot before i took a break. and as i released the ball, my left knee just gave way. yeah. just gave way like that and the pain was just unbearable.

limped my way back home.

so yeah. guess i need to buy a knee guard before i screw up my knee even more. cause seriously, it still hurts now. the effect lasts for like two days at least.

well. i guess schools getting better?

doesn't feel good to see my results on ISP. in essence, it's something like that

GP: B
Econs: A
History: B
Chem: U

guess you can tell that i'm a humanities/language guy. i seriously, honestly, totally don't get whatever is taught in chem lesson. i can barely stay awake now that we have the new lecturer. but Mr Teo is great. one of the best chem teachers i ever had. but you see my GP, Econs and History grades are rather respectable. guess that speaks volumes about my inclination. as in towards arts or science. not that kind of inclination.

guess i really am an arts student at heart. i mean i actually love arts more. history at least. find it very interesting. if only China Studies in English was offered. then i could have taken it and gotten into an Arts class.

sigh. perhaps medicine is not the road for me to walk into? seem to excel more in the arts than in the sciences. speaking of which my math isn't in good shape either.

i guess.... is it a little to late to discover that i'm not cut out for a certain profession? i mean i have never considered going into some arts faculty in uni, possibly law or teaching. i have never ever considered that. i mean yes i have a distinct passion for history, but i never considered history as a profession.

guess i need to consider a lot of stuff.
