a few things have long confounded humanity since time memorial, and out of these seemingly simple stuff, a few have never failed to confound me every single time.
and i kinda hate it.
1) the other queue is always faster.
ha. not quite. merely the "irony gods" playing tricks on your poor helpless soul. the other queue may always seem faster, but in actuality, you're better off sticking to your queue! just like today i was contemplating whether to each nasi lemak or jap food. i was at the jap food stall, and i saw that the queue at the malay food stall was shorter. so there i went! off to have nasi lemak. and guess what. Jing Yu, who was in front of me at the jap food stall.....
he got his food slower than me! indeed the queue was faster. uhhh. not a good example i guess. but nonetheless, it is an excellent way to laugh at all you people who went to other queues and, quite simply, got jacked!
2) i have no idea what else.
i mean, i don't think before i write. i write all the crap that comes to my mind. thus, no number 2.
anyway. there is this event coming up. a band thingumy that i really really really really wanna participate it. unfortunately.... i'll be in church camp. so no way i'm participating in that. another dent in my dream of superstardom in the music scene.
argh. a crushing defeat.
right. so on to other news. apparently today's newspaper had an article on Singaporeans only whining but not complaining. and yeah i know like three quarters of you guys don't even read newspapers. in fact, according to statistics, 75% of guys read only sports and life section, while an estimated 85% of girls read only Life! section, and out of the 85%, about 63.5% of them only read the comics section.
ok that was totally made up. but seriously, on to the main issue. i mean, do we only whine and don't complain? i mean, i do complain. uhhh. in fact i planned to write a letter to a certain school (NOT MINE) about a certain issue revolving around white shoes and moving with the times. but hey. it's not like i didn't wanna write it. i was just stopped from doing it. and yet another pertinent example is... uhhh.... damn.
ok fine Singaporeans are whiney and don't have that guts to complain. happy Straits Times?
anyway. i was quite unhappy that a certain website was closed down. now i can't get my daily... uhhhh.... updates... yeahhhh. updates.. that's the word. no more daily updates on PSP... well. news.. psp news is like so integral man. nothing to do with downloads whatsoever.
i'm clean (:
