i'm actually contemplating on what to write. either on the government or on nerds. hmm.
but no. i think i will not talk about something that could get me into trouble. so the government is out. and who wants to talk about nerds.
that was plain crapping. anyways, i was watching Saw II and this certain quote kinda struck me. "Can you imagine what it feels like to have someone sit you down and tell you that you're dying? The gravity of that, hmm? Then the clock's ticking for you. In a split second your awe is cracked open. You look at things differently - smell things differently. You savor everything be it a glass of water or a walk in the park." - Jigsaw.
so i was thinking, you know, do we Singaporeans savor everything? do we enjoy all that we have. i mean, we take things for granted a lot of times. i mean, can you just imagine if you knew the exact time you are going to die? wouldn't you look at everything around you in a new light? wouldn't you, as the quote says, savor everything be it a glass of water or a walk in the park.
guess that's what we need to think about.
